Friends of the Bluffton Public Library
The Friends of the Bluffton Public Library raise funds and provide volunteer support for special events and everyday library activities.
The Bluffton Public Library is a vital resource in our community. The Friends encourage everyone who uses the library’s services to make a donation and to share their time, energy, and ideas. Learn more
Current activities and planning include the library clock flower bed, preparing for annual elections, book sales and Apple Shed, and monthly meetings.
Love Your Library? Become a Friend of the Library
It’s easy! A donation of $5 or more makes you a Friend.
We invite you to begin or renew your support during our 2012 Membership Drive. This year we will start a fund to help install 2 sets of power assist doors at the entrance to the library. These doors will make the library more ADA friendly. Funds from our June golf outing will be dedicated to this project.
You can also volunteer or help find new ways to support our library. Join or renew today!

Book Sales and the “Apple Shed”
The Friends hold used book sales throughout the year. The library’s “Apple Shed” also holds a selection of used books that are available for a donation.
These sales are stocked with books that have been donated. Books may be brought to the library and submitted at the front desk.
Meet the Friends
Monthly meetings are held at the library. However, you do not have to attend meetings to be involved. Call (419) 358-5016 for meeting dates or send an e-mail to friends@blufftonpubliclibrary.org to arrange other contact.
Our Mission Statement
